Paper Submission
"The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft, and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support."
Only technical papers will be published in the Proceedings.
A. SUBMISSION DEADLINE:
All papers to AICRIS 2027 must be submitted through the Microsoft CMT Service (Submission Link). The Initial Paper Submission deadline is July 31, 2026. All accepted papers will be submitted for publication in the Scopus-indexed proceedings with Springer.
B. PREPARATION OF MANUSCRIPT:
Summary: Manuscripts for Springer proceedings should adhere to the provided template, ensuring consistent formatting, including font size, margin settings, and section styles. Authors must include a concise title, author details, an abstract, keywords, and clearly organized content with sections such as introduction, methodology, results, and conclusion. Figures, tables, and references should be formatted according to Springer’s guidelines, ensuring high-quality visuals and proper citation styles. In exceptional circumstances, authors must contact the publication chair Prof Dr. Arafatur Rahman (email: [email protected]) and an extra charge will be applied for each page.
Structure of the Paper:
Authors are invited to submit original research papers following the structure below:
- Title
The title should clearly indicate the problem, proposed solution or approach, and target domain.
- Abstract
The abstract should briefly include background, problem statement, aim/objective, methodology or contribution, and expected research or social impact.
- Background / Introduction
This section should introduce the topic, explain the problem with relevant evidence or statistics, state the aim and objectives, highlight the main contributions, and outline the organisation of the paper.
- Related Work
Authors should discuss recent and relevant studies, organise them thematically where possible, and clearly identify how the proposed work differs from existing research.
- Methodology
This section should describe the complete research process, framework, model, system design, or experimental procedure. A block diagram, architecture, workflow, or phase-wise explanation is encouraged.
- Results and Discussion
Authors should present the experimental setup, findings, analysis, and interpretation of results. The discussion should clearly explain the significance of the findings.
- Conclusion
The conclusion should summarise the work, key findings, contributions, limitations, and possible future directions.
- References
Papers should include at least 15 recent references, preferably from IEEE Xplore, Elsevier, Springer, ACM, or other reputable academic publishers. Recent references from the last five years are encouraged.
- Paper Format
Papers should follow the SPRINGER conference templates and be approximately 15 pages.
- Similarity / Plagiarism
The similarity index should not exceed 10%, excluding references, However, Block similarity will not be accepted.
Double-Blind Paper: The authors should not include their names, affiliations, postal addresses, and email addresses in the initial manuscript.

C. PLAGIARISM & MULTIPLE SUBMISSION POLICY
Plagiarism: All papers submitted to AICRIS 2027 for publication must present original, unpublished work. Any suspected cases of plagiarism will be addressed in accordance with the AICRIS 2027 and Springer policies on plagiarism, copyright infringement, moral rights violations, and simultaneous submissions to multiple publication outlets.
Springer’s policy on plagiarism can be accessed under the Springer Policy on Plagiarism.
Multiple Submissions: AICRIS 2027 and Springer strictly prohibit manuscripts submitted to the conference proceedings from being simultaneously under review for any other conference, journal, or publication outlet. If a case of multiple submissions is confirmed, the manuscript(s) will be promptly rejected for publication by AICRIS 2027 and Springer, and appropriate disciplinary actions will be taken.

D. COPYRIGHT
All accepted papers will be submitted for publication in the Scopus-indexed proceedings with Springer, who will hold the copyright for the conference publication. A separate Springer copyright form will need to be completed for each individual paper.
