Hai Tao, graduated with B.Sc at the Department of Computer and Information Science of Northwest University of Nationalities from 2000 to 2004. He completed his M.S at School of Mathematics and Statistics of Lanzhou University in 2009. From 2009 to 2012, he obtained his PhD at Faculty of Computer System and Software Engineering in University Malaysia Pahang. He is an associate professor in Baoji University of Arts and Sciences. His current research interests include machine learning, Internet of things and optimization computation.
